Outside of work, Marc is passionate about coaching hockey, finding fulfillment in mentoring young athletes and teaching the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and creating lasting memories together. When time allows, he likes to unwind with a few rounds of golf, embracing the balance and relaxation the game provides.

Lauren Pieffer is a licensed insurance agent specializing in property and casualty coverage for both residential and commercial risks. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys cheering on Cleveland sports teams—especially the Cavs—riding her bicycle, hosting gatherings with family and friends, and tending to her rose garden.

Penny Meaney is a seasoned specialist in personal lines insurance, with over a decade of experience providing tailored solutions in home, auto, renters, specialty products, and landlord policies. Her dedication to fostering strong, positive relationships with clients sets her apart in the industry.
Outside of work, Penny enjoys spending time in nature, whether traveling in her motorhome, hiking, or gardening. She is also the proud mother of two sons, both of whom are firefighters.
